PDJ Shipping Policy

Shipping Fees: We utilize a trusted courier partner for all shipments, ensuring free delivery across India. Rest assured, we guarantee delivery within 7 days.

 

Delivery to Identified Person 

 

For a hassle-free delivery, customers must include the consignee's or recipient's name (as indicated in their government-issued photo identity) in full, along with the address, pin code, local landmark, and phone number. When the goods is delivered, the recipient will need to show one of the following forms of identification in order to accept it:

 

  • Passport

  • PAN Card

  • Driver's License

  • Voter's ID

  • Aadhar Card

 

The courier agent will examine the original copies of the identity evidence that have been submitted in order to confirm the recipient's identity and guarantee a safe and secure delivery. During the delivery procedure, the courier agent will record the specifics of the recipient's identity verification. Throughout this verification procedure, the receiver is expected to cooperate.

 

Delivery Location

Only the recipient's home or place of employment, or Prince Diamond Jewellers Preet Vihar showroom, may receive deliveries of orders. Delivery is not offered to public locations including streets, shopping centers, lodging facilities, restaurants, and hostels.

 

The courier service will try three more times to deliver the item if the recipient is not home during those efforts. 

If the recipient is unavailable during the delivery attempts, the courier business will make three further tries to deliver the item. If the recipient remains unreachable or unavailable, the product will be returned to Prince Diamond Jewellers.


 

Change in Shipping Address

To track orders, customers can enter into their My Account section on www.princediamondjewellers.com and update their shipping address.

The buyer may modify the shipping details until the purchase ships from our facility. If the consumer wants to alter their mailing address, they should send an email to pdjewellers@hotmail.com.



 

Shipment Variation

We recommend that you thoroughly verify the product's condition after receiving your order. Please get in touch with the pdjewellers@hotmail.com Customer Care Department as soon as possible (within 72 hours) by calling +91 9858815445 and sending an official email to pdjewellers@hotmail.com if you notice any damage, shortage, or over-shipment, or if you think that part of the shipment has been lost.


 

Missing Products Information 

Before accepting the package, please check its condition, and report any problems as soon as possible—preferably within 72 hours after delivery. If you experience any problems, please get in touch with the pdjewellers@hotmail.com customer support team by phone at +91 9958815445 or via email at pdjewellers@hotmail.com. Within seven working days, our investigative team will take swift action to resolve the issue and offer a solution. We won't be able to handle complaints if you don't follow the suggested inspection procedure before accepting the package or don't report any problems within the allotted period.


 

Damaged Products Information

Please give the customer service department at princediamondjewellers.com a call at +91 9958815445 or send an email to pdjewellers@hotmail.com within 72 hours if you receive a damaged package or product. Don't mishandle or throw away the product or package. As soon as we receive the complaint via email, our investigation team will look into it and take the necessary action. We will not take responsibility for the damages and you will not receive a refund or file a complaint if you do not report the incident within 72 hours of receiving the package.

Prince Diamond Jewellers offers free gift wrapping and a customized present message for customers who want to buy gifts. The present will be elegantly wrapped in unique gift wrapping. The recipient will be thrilled whether the purchaser chooses to deliver the gift themselves or has us do it for them.
