For exchanges made within 14 days after purchase, the following guidelines are applicable:

 

• Any gold, diamond, or precious stone jewellery that a customer purchases from www.princediamondjewellers.com may be exchanged by sending the item back to the address listed on the website exclusively.

 

• As long as your jewellery is in its original condition, you can replace it for a full refund. It may take up to 5 working days for our Quality department or a recognised laboratory to perform a quality check on any exchange or buyback. Part-exchange of decorations is prohibited

 

• The product that is being exchanged needs to be in its original packaging, including with the original invoice and any certificates or paperwork that came with it.

 

• Prior to verifying the exchange value, Prince Diamond Jewellers Private Limited retains the right to review the product.

 

• The customer's chosen new product will be taken into account when adjusting the exchange value. The consumer is responsible for covering any price difference between the new goods and the original purchase.

 

• Products sold on special offers and promotions are not subject to exchange rules.

 

• The products, the original invoice, and any certificates or paperwork that came with it must all be returned in their original condition.

 

• When exchanging a product, any presents or gift cards that were given out at the time of purchase must be returned, or the gift's value will be subtracted.

 

• The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable taxes, tariffs, and fees based on local law.

 

• It is necessary to have the original diamond certificate and invoice.

 

• The weight of the stones (beads, pearls, zircon, and synthetic/semi-precious colour stones) will be fully subtracted, along with making charges and taxes.

The business retains the authority to decide whether to approve any exchanges, buybacks, or changes to these terms and conditions at any time and without previous notice.
