PDJ Cancellation Policy

At Prince Diamond Jewellers Pvt. Ltd., we work hard to give our clients a flawless shopping experience. Order cancellations might be required, though, in specific situations. Please review our comprehensive cancellation policy, which is described below:

 

Prince Diamond Jewellers Cancellation Policy:

 

If there is an error, we maintain the right to cancel any order. Common reasons why our end cancels include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Product inventory is limited

  • Errors in product information or pricing

  • Defective quality found during inspection

  • Inadequate client data or an unsuccessful validation

  • Suspicious transactions or dishonest behavior

  • Natural disasters or unanticipated events

 

To guarantee accuracy and security, we could additionally ask the consumer for more information before accepting an order or during the process. 

 

Orders that are ready to ship can be cancelled by customers prior to shipment. In the event that a cancellation request for such an order is received, the money will be returned within 10 business days using the original payment method. Kindly be advised that there will be a 2% pre-dispatch cancellation fee. The remaining 98% of the payment will be refunded to the client's account (the same account from which the customer paid for the product). 

 

Failed Transactions:

If a transaction fails and the amount is debited from the customer's account, it will be returned to the respective account within 72 hours by the payment gateway used.

Please be aware that during promotional seasons or for particular products, the cancellation policy may change. Prince Diamond Jewellers reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy's terms and conditions.
